Hornitzaileak

Hasieran esan genuen bezala, ez gara bakarrak Teknologia Industriala arloan proiektu hau gauzatzen ari garenak; hain zuzen ere, 7 talde gabiltza proiektu bera egiten, denon arteko lehiaketa moduko batean.

Gure proiektuak aurrera joan ahala, irakaslearen laguntzarekin, bi taldek gure pieza batzuk baliatu ditzaketela behatu dugu; beraz, haien hornitzaileak bihur gaitezke:

-Talde batek iazko proiektua (www.tafallataldea.blogspot.com blogean ikusgai dago guk egindakoa) berrerabilitako piezekin egitea pentsatu du. Proiektu honetan ponpa hidrauliko bat behar dute, eta gure garbigailuak bat duenez, haiei sal diezaiekegu ponpa. Ez diegu motor elektrikoa hornitu behar; izan ere, ponpak motor elektriko bat dauka akoplatuta.

-Beste talde batek motor elektriko baten mekanismoa aprobetxatu nahi du sorgailu elektriko bat egiteko. Gure garbigailuak motor elektriko bat duenez, haiei sal geniezaieke pieza hori.

Honek ez du esan nahi gu bi pieza horiek gabe geratu behar garenik. Garbigailu batzuekin gure berrerabilpen ideiak egingo genituzke, eta beste batzuekin, motor elektrikoa eta ponpa hidraulikoa salduko genituzke.

Al principio dijimos que no somos los únicos que están haciendo este proyecto en Tecnología Industrial. De hecho, a modo de concurso, participamos 7 equipos.

Según va el proyecto adelante, hemos comprobado que podemos suministrar piezas a otros 2 equipos:

-Un equipo quiere hacer el proyecto del año pasado (podéis ver el nuestro en el blog www.tafallataldea.blogspot.com) con piezas reutilizadas. Necesitan una bomba hidráulica, y podemos venderles la de nuestra lavadora. Al tener un motor eléctrico acoplado, no necesitan el motor eléctrico que tenemos.

-Otro equipo quiere hacer un generador eléctrico con el mecanismo de un motor eléctrico, y podríamos venderles el nuestro.

Esto no quiere decir que nos tengamos que quedar sin piezas. Unas lavadoras las utilizaríamos para hacer nuestras ideas de reutilización, y otras para vender el motor eléctrico y la bomba hidráulica.

At the beginning, we said that we aren't the only team which is doing this project in Industrial Technology subject; in fact, we are 7 teams doing a competition.

Doing the project, we've seen that we can provide of pieces two teams:

-A team wants to make last year's project (it's available to see our's in the blog www.tafallataldea.blogspot.com) with reused pieces. They need a water pump, and we could sell them our washing machine's one. Having coupled an electrical engine, they don't need the main electrical engine of the washing machine.

-Other team wants to make an electricity generator with the mechanism of an electrical engine, and we could sell them our washing machine's one.

This doesn't mean that we have to lose pieces. We would use some washing machines for making our project, and some others for selling the electrical engine and the water pump.

Garbigailu zahar batetik piezak ateratzen

Duela zenbait egun, taldekide bati esker, matxuratutako garbigailu bat lortu genuen eta tailer batean hura desmuntatzen hasi ginen. Zenbait pieza interesgarri atera genituen handik, eta beste hainbat ere atera genituen zeinekin agian berrerabilpen proiektua osatzen dugun. Hauexek dira piezak:

GARBIGAILUAREN DANBORRA

Hauxe da hasieratik interesatu zitzaigun pieza garbigailuan, bere forma zilindrikoak hainbat erabilpen eman zitzakeelako eta, gainera, telesail batean haren erabilpen bat ikusi genuelako. Hala, guk ideiak ere izan ditugu: lorontzi gisa erabiltzea, piperrak egosteko makina egitea...

 

ERRESISTENTZIA TERMOELEKTRIKOA

Hain ezaguna den pieza hau (hainbeste iragarkietan karez beteta agertzen dena) garrantzitsuenetan sailkatzea pentsatu genuen. Izan ere, honekin berotze-sistema bat egin liteke.

 

 ATEKO TAPAKIA

Ez dakigu beirazkoa edo material polimeriko batekoa den, ezta elikagaientzako kalitatea duen, aztertu behar baitugu. Honekin diseinuzko zerbait egitea pentsatuta dugu, eta ideia bat janaria jartzeko izan liteke.

MOTOR ELEKTRIKOA

Motor elektriko monofasikoa da aurkitu duguna garbigailu honetan (beste batzuetan trifasikoa izan daiteke, zeinek erabilpen gehiago ditu). Honekin, edozein aplikazio egin liteke motorra behar duena, baita bonba hidraulikoari konektatzea ere.

BONBA HIDRAULIKOA

Hau ez genuen lortu, izan ere, aterata zegoen lehenagotik. Honelakoak lortzeko garbigailu gehiago beharko ditugu.

Hace unos días, gracias a un compañero conseguimos una lavadora estropeada y la empezamos a desmontar en un taller. Sacamos varias piezas interesantes para nuestro proyecto, y otras cuantas que nos pueden servir para completar el proyecto. Estas son:

PIEZAS IMPORTANTES

-El tambor: puede servirnos para varias cosas: un tiesto, un asador de pimientos...

-Resistencia termoeléctrica: para cualquier sistema de calentamiento.

-Tapa de la puerta: habíamos pensado para hacer un objeto de diseño.

-Motor eléctrico: se le puede dar varios usos en los que se necesite un motor eléctrico (en este caso es monofásico, pero un trifásico tendría más aplicaciones).

-Bomba hidráulica: para cualquier aplicación en la que haya que bombear agua.

Some days ago, we could get a spoilt washing machine and we started disassembling it. We got some interesting pieces for our project, and some others which could be complementary in our project. This are:

IMPORTANT PIECES

-The drum: we can use as a flowerpot, a pepper-roaster...
-Thermoelectrical resistance: for a heating system.
-Door-glass: we have thought about making a designer object.
-Electrical engine: it can be used in aplications that need an electrical engine (in this case is monophase, but a triphase would have more aplications)
-Hydraulic pump: for aplications that need to pump water.

Proiektua: garbigailuen berrerabilpena

Behin proiektua aurkeztuta, zein objektu edo material berrerabili ahal genuen pentsatzen hasi ginen. Ideia zaparrada bat eduki genuen: binilozko diskak, esponjak, aluminiozko papera, arrautza-kutxak...

Azkenean, elektrogailu bat aukeratu genuen proiekturako: garbigailua*. Hasiera batean, danborra zen guk nahi genuena, baina garbigailu batek hainbeste pieza edukita, hainbat piezekin berrerabilpen ideia ugari pentsatzea bururatu zitzaigun.

Honekin batera, negozio moduko batean pentsatu genuen: garbigailu merkeak (ahal bada, dohainik) lortzea eta piezak merkatuan saltzea, berrerabilpen hori burutuko luketen enpresei begira.

Hau guztia kontuan izanda, informazioa bilatzeari ekin genion, hainbat arlotan: garbigailuen prezioak, garbigailuen desguazeak, garbigailuen piezak...

 Una vez presentado el proyecto, comenzamos a pensar que material u objeto reutilizar. Tuvimos varias ideas: discos de vinilo, esponjas, papel de aluminio, hueveras...

Al final, nos decantamos por reutilizar lavadoras*. En principio, solo ibamos a reutilizar el tambor, pero al haber más piezas, decidimos pensar en reutilizar más piezas de la lavadora.

Junto a esto, pensamos en una especie de negocio: obtener lavadoras baratas (a ser posible gratis) y vender las piezas en el mercado, pensando en las empresas que las reutilizarían.

Teniendo todo esto en cuenta, empezamos a buscar información, en varios apartados: precios, desguaces, piezas de una lavadora...

*Junto a las lavadoras, hemos tenido en cuenta las secadoras, ya que algunas piezas son las mismas en los dos casos

We started thinking about what to reuse. We had some ideas: vynil records, sponges, aluminum fill, egg-cups...

Finally, we decided to reuse washing machines*. In the begining, we were going to reuse the drum, but being more pieces, we decided to reuse more parts of the washing machine.

Connected to that, we thought about creating a type of business: getting cheap washing machines (if it's possible, free) and selling the pieces in the business market, thinking about the enterprises where the pieces would be reused.

Having all this in mind, we started searching information, in some areas: prices, scrapping, pieces of a washing machine...

*We've had in mind drying machines too, because some pieces are the same in the two machines

Tafalla Taldea

Tafalla Taldea gara, Iturrama BHI-ko 2º Batxilergoko hiru ikaslek osatutako talde bat. Asier Flamarique, Ibon Kareaga eta Danel de Prado gara taldekideak. Teknologia Industriala arloan sortu genuen talde hau, iaz bezala, irakasleak bidalitako proiektu bat gauzatzeko.

Aurtengo proiektua ikerketa-proiektu bat izango da. Proiektu honen helburua izanen da berrerabilpenari buruz ikertzea eta berrerabilitako material edo pieza bati edo multzo bati aplikazio industrial bat ematea, hainbat faktore kontutan hartuz: berritasuna, prezioak, errentagarritasuna, erabilera-arloa...

Gure helburua klasean ikerketa proiekturik hoberena aurkeztea izango da. Honekin batera, klasean taldeen arteko lehiaketa moduko bat egingo dugu, eta azkeneko ebaluazioko emaitza sariekin igotzen saiatuko gara. Aurreko faktoreak kontuan hartuz, zerbait orijinala sortzen saiatuko gara. Honez gain, talde lanaz disfrutatu nahi dugu, baita harekin ondo pasatu eta ikastea ere.

Blog honetan proiektuaren jarraipena egingo dugu urrituk maiatzera bitartean. Egindakoaren deskribapena egingo dugu, baita honi lotutako artxiboak igo ere. Honekin, zuek informatuta mantentzen saiatuko gara.

Besterik gabe, blog hau zuen gustokoa izatea espero dugu.

Tafalla Taldea: Asier Flamarique, Ibon Kareaga eta Danel de Prado

Hola:

Somos el grupo Tafalla, formado por tres alumnos de 2º de bachiller de Iturrama BHI. Los componentes somos Asier Flamarique, Ibon Kareaga y Danel de Prado. Este grupo lo creamos en Tecnología Industrial, como el año pasado, para hacer un proyecto.

Este año el proyecto será de investigación. El objetivo será investigar sobre la reutilización e intentar encontrarle aplicación industrial a algún material o pieza, teniendo en cuenta varios factores: innovación, precios, rentabilidad, sector de uso...

Nuestro objetivo es presentar el mejor proyecto de investigación. Con esto, haremos una especie de competición entre los grupos, e intentaremos ganar premios para subir la nota final de la asignatura. Teniendo en cuenta los anteriores factores, intentaremos crear algo original. Además, queremos disfrutar del trabajo en equipo, pasarlo bien y aprender.

En este blog haremos el seguimiento del proyecto de octubre a mayo. Describiremos el proceso, y subiremos archivos unidos al proyecto. Con esto, intentaremos manteneros informados.

Tafalla Taldea

Hello:

We are the team Tafalla, formed by three students who are studying the 2º grade of bachelor in Iturrama BHI high school. The members are Asier Flamarique, Ibon Kareaga and Danel de Prado. We formed this team in Industrial Technology subject, the same as last year, for making a project.

This year we'll work doing an investigation project. The aim is to investigate about reusing and try to find an industrial aplication to a material or a piece, paying attention to some factors: innovation, prices, profitability, using area...

Our aim is to present the best investigation project. Attached to this, we'll do a competition between some teams, and we'll try to win extra points in the last evaluation's mark. Having in mind the factors previously mentioned, we'll try to create something creative. Furthermore, we want to enjoy and learn working in team.

In this blog we'll write everything we do from October to May. We'll describe the work, and we'll upload files attached to the project. We'll try to keep you informed.
