Emaitza: ezin izan dugu ezer eraiki

Izenburuak argi esaten du: ezin izan dugu ezer eraiki. Erresistentzia termoelektrikoekin gertatu zenaren ondoren, ez genuen aurkitu garbigailu berririk erresistentziak isolatzeko, eta azkenean dena birtualki egitea pentsatu dugu.

El título lo dice claramente: no hemos podido construir nada. Después de lo que pasó con las resistencias termo eléctricas, no encontramos ninguna lavadora nueva para obtener otras resistencias y, al final, hemos decidido hacerlo todo virtualmente.

The title says it clearly: we couldn't build anything. After what happened with the thermoelectrical resistences, we couldn't obtain a new washing machine, so we couldn't get new resistences. Finally, we have decided to do everything virtually.

Erresistentziak frogatzen

Duela zenbait aste, Asierren etxean erresistentzia elektrikoak frogatzen izan ginen, jakiteko zein ezaugarri zituzten ur-edukiera ezberdinak berotzerakoan, honela datuak hartzeko.

Erresistentziako euskarri batzuk egin ostean, 25 litroko edukiontzi batean hauek frogatzen izan ginen. Hala ere, hauek bat batean itzali ziren, eta konexio guztiak eta sare elektrikoa ondo zegoela ziurtatu ondoren, erresistentziak erre zirela ikusi genuen. Beraz, beste batzuk bilatzea pentsatu genuen.


Hace unas semanas, estuvimos probando las resistencias para tomar datos de las características que tenían calentando diferentes cantidades de agua.

Tras hacer una sujeción para las resistencias, probamos con 25 litros de agua. Al probar, estas se apagaron, y tras revisar la instalación eléctrica, viendo que todo estaba bien, vimos que las resistencias se habían quemado. Entonces, pensamos en buscar otras.


Some weeks ago, we were testing the resistences to know what features had them heating different water volumes, for taking data.

After making subjection for the resistences, we tested with 25 litres. Testing, the resistences turned off, and after revising the electrical network, we saw that everything was well, and the resistences were what had been burnt. So we thought about looking for others.

Proiektu definitiboa

Gutxi geratzen da proiektu honen amaiera-datarako (2014ko apirilaren 14a) eta badaukagu buruan, Brainstorm bat egin ondoren (ideia-zaparrada bat), zer izango den eraikiko duguna: ura berotzeko sistema bat.

Hau egiteko, biltegi nahiko isolatu bat lortu beharko dugu. Ura berotzeko, garbigailuen erresistentziak erabiliko ditugu, eta ura mugitzeko, ponpa hidraulikoak. Hainbat parametro kontrolatzeko (ur-maila maximo eta minimoa, tenperatura maximo eta minimoa...) arduino txartel programagarri bat erabiliko dugu.

Hau guztia erlojuaren kontra egin beharko dugu, eta geure kabuzko bilera kopurua areagotzea erabaki dugu. Espero dugu entregatzeko datan guztia eraikita izatea.



Queda poco para entregar el proyecto (14 de abril de 2014), y ya tenemos en mente lo que haremos: un sistema de calentamiento de agua.

Para esto, tenemos que conseguir un depósito bastante aislado. Para calentar el agua, utilizaremos las resistencias de las lavadoras, y para moverla, las bombas. Para controlar varios parámetros (capacidad máxima y mínima en el depósito, temperatura máxima y mínima...) utilizaremos una tarjeta programable, un arduino.

Vamos a tener que trabajar a contrarreloj, y hemos decidido hacer más reuniones por nuestra cuenta. Esperamos acabar todo a tiempo.



We'll have to finish the project soon (14th April 2014), and we have already in mind what we are going to do: a water-heating system.

We have to obtain an isolated water-tank. For heating the water, we'll use the resistences of the washing machines, and for moving it, the water-pumps. We are going to use an arduino programmable card to control some parameters (maximum and minimum capacity of water in the tank, maximum and minimum temperature...).

We have to work against time, so we are going to do more meetings. We wish to end in time.

2º Ebaluazioko Dokumentazioa

Heldu zen urtarrilaren 20a, eta proiektuaren orain arteko txosten bat entregatu behar izan genuen. Horretan guztiz detailatu genituen gure proiektuaren atalak. Google Sites-eko esteka uzten dugu zuek dokumentazioa ikus dezazuen.

Llegó el 20 de enero, y con ello entregamos el informe de lo que llevamos de proyecto. En él detallamos las partes del proyecto. Dejamos el enlace en Google Sites donde se puede leer la documentación (los documentos están en euskara)

It arrived 20th January, and we had to present the document of our project. In that document, we wrote all about the parts of the project. It's written the link of Google Sites, where the documents can be read (they are in Basque)

Bigarren garbigailu bat desmuntatzen

Bigarren bilera bat egin genuen taldekide baten tailerrean; izan ere, bigarren garbigailu bat lortu genuen. Lehenik eta behin ba ote zebilen frogatu genuen, eta hor ikusi genuen garbigailu honen matxura programatzailean zegoela. Orduan desmuntatzen hasi ginen.

 Ikus dezakezuenez, garbigilua goi-kargakoa da.

Garbigailua desmuntatzeko, torlojuak kentzen hasi ginen, eta karkasa bitan banatu genuen, mekanismo nagusia ateraz:

Bi garbigailuen piezak batera. Hauxe da isolatu dugun materiala.

Decidimos hacer otra reunión en el taller, ya que habíamos conseguido una segunda lavadora (de carga superior) para desmontar. Primero miramos a ver si funcionaba, y descubrimos que el problema estaba en el programador. Entonces la empezamos a desmontar de la manera que se puede ver en las fotos. Le aislamos las piezas importantes: el tambor, el motor, el volante, las bombas y la resistencia termoeléctrica. Como se puede ver en la última foto, ese es todo el material que tenemos.

We decided to do another meeting in the garage because we had got another washing machine for disassembling it. First we checked if it worked, and we discovered that the problem was in the programmer, so we started disassembling it as it can be seen in the photos. We isolated the important pieces: the drum, the electrical engine, the wheel, the water-pumps and the thermoelectrical resistence. As it can be seen in the last photo, that's all material we have.

Hornitzaileak

Hasieran esan genuen bezala, ez gara bakarrak Teknologia Industriala arloan proiektu hau gauzatzen ari garenak; hain zuzen ere, 7 talde gabiltza proiektu bera egiten, denon arteko lehiaketa moduko batean.

Gure proiektuak aurrera joan ahala, irakaslearen laguntzarekin, bi taldek gure pieza batzuk baliatu ditzaketela behatu dugu; beraz, haien hornitzaileak bihur gaitezke:

-Talde batek iazko proiektua (www.tafallataldea.blogspot.com blogean ikusgai dago guk egindakoa) berrerabilitako piezekin egitea pentsatu du. Proiektu honetan ponpa hidrauliko bat behar dute, eta gure garbigailuak bat duenez, haiei sal diezaiekegu ponpa. Ez diegu motor elektrikoa hornitu behar; izan ere, ponpak motor elektriko bat dauka akoplatuta.

-Beste talde batek motor elektriko baten mekanismoa aprobetxatu nahi du sorgailu elektriko bat egiteko. Gure garbigailuak motor elektriko bat duenez, haiei sal geniezaieke pieza hori.

Honek ez du esan nahi gu bi pieza horiek gabe geratu behar garenik. Garbigailu batzuekin gure berrerabilpen ideiak egingo genituzke, eta beste batzuekin, motor elektrikoa eta ponpa hidraulikoa salduko genituzke.

Al principio dijimos que no somos los únicos que están haciendo este proyecto en Tecnología Industrial. De hecho, a modo de concurso, participamos 7 equipos.

Según va el proyecto adelante, hemos comprobado que podemos suministrar piezas a otros 2 equipos:

-Un equipo quiere hacer el proyecto del año pasado (podéis ver el nuestro en el blog www.tafallataldea.blogspot.com) con piezas reutilizadas. Necesitan una bomba hidráulica, y podemos venderles la de nuestra lavadora. Al tener un motor eléctrico acoplado, no necesitan el motor eléctrico que tenemos.

-Otro equipo quiere hacer un generador eléctrico con el mecanismo de un motor eléctrico, y podríamos venderles el nuestro.

Esto no quiere decir que nos tengamos que quedar sin piezas. Unas lavadoras las utilizaríamos para hacer nuestras ideas de reutilización, y otras para vender el motor eléctrico y la bomba hidráulica.

At the beginning, we said that we aren't the only team which is doing this project in Industrial Technology subject; in fact, we are 7 teams doing a competition.

Doing the project, we've seen that we can provide of pieces two teams:

-A team wants to make last year's project (it's available to see our's in the blog www.tafallataldea.blogspot.com) with reused pieces. They need a water pump, and we could sell them our washing machine's one. Having coupled an electrical engine, they don't need the main electrical engine of the washing machine.

-Other team wants to make an electricity generator with the mechanism of an electrical engine, and we could sell them our washing machine's one.

This doesn't mean that we have to lose pieces. We would use some washing machines for making our project, and some others for selling the electrical engine and the water pump.
